SAMA is a Somali, local, nonprofit, humanitarian aid
organization, dedicated to provide emergency life saving and basic health care,
nutrition and WASH services to the conflict and drought weakened populations
including pastoralists, urban and rural communities in the underserved and hard
to reach areas in south central Somalia particularly focusing in Bay and Bakol
regions. With it’s tireless efforts to alleviate human suffering, has become one of
the core agencies running most effective and evidence based interventions in
Bay and Bakool regions. The main office of SAMA is in Baidoa town.
